The aim of this site is to supply general information on Laboratoires Grimberg and the laboratories products.
The legal statement indicates your rights and obligations when consulting the site: they apply to all visitors to the site, who recognize being aware of the legal statement and agree to comply unrestrictedly with them.
They may be updated or modified at any time, without prior notice, by Laboratoires Grimberg. You are therefore invited to consult them regularly.
The site is accessible 24/7. However, Laboratoires Grimberg reserves the right to withhold access to the site at any time, temporarily or permanently, partially or totally, in order to conduct maintenance or updating operations, modifications or improvements, or for any other reason, including in the event of a system’s failure.
Laboratoires Grimberg has built this site with the greatest care with respect to the quality of the information available in it. However, they cannot guarantee the entire accuracy of the information and cannot be held liable in the event of erroneous information.
Consultation of the site and the sites accessible via hypertext links is entirely the user’s responsibility.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The information available on the site cannot under any circumstances replace the opinion of healthcare specialists, pharmacists for the products, doctors for you state of health. We therefore advise you to consult your pharmacist and/or doctor before using any of our products.
On the contrary case, Laboratoires Grimberg declines all liability for use of the company’s products.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The site was designed to be compatible with the following browsers: FF, Safari, Chrome, Opera, IE8+.
The recommended minimum screen resolution is 1200 pixels.
The site is hosted by OVH, one of the leading companies in the field, which ensures secure archiving.
An intrusion and piracy security system protects the site. However, Internet security cannot be completely guaranteed. Laboratoires Grimberg therefore cannot be held liable for malevolent acts or any direct or indirect damage to your computer system due to the distribution of third-party viruses or any other type of malwares via our site when browsing or downloading data.
Our site has hypertext links to other websites. If the owners of those sites request their deletions, Laboratoires Grimberg undertakes to do so without delay.
Laboratoires Grimberg is not liable for the content of those sites and has no control over their content.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND FREEDOM
Except the tab “TRANSPARENCY”, no personal data are processed on the site: it does not collect any personal information or data and does not generate any cookie when visited.
There are two e-mail addresses (cf. “Contacts) enabling you to contact us, one general and the other specific to pharmacovigilance. When you click on an address to send us an e-mail, the process is managed by your service provider and no data transit by our site or are collected by it.
HEALTH AUHORITIES
The site is designed to supply the public with informations on Laboratoires Grimberg and its products; it doesn’t show any promotional part.
The site was designed in compliance with the “Charter for the communication and promotion of health products (medicines and medical devices) on Internet and e-media” published by National Agency for the Safety of Medicine and Medicine and health products (ANSM).
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Laboratoires Grimberg site and all of its content, in particular, its logo, slogan, graphs, illustrations and photos, animated features, texts, data and information, together with the domain name, are the exclusive property of Laboratoires Grimberg.
The site has been filed with Copyright France and is thus permanently protected against copying in France and in the 164 countries that are signatories of the Berne Convention, in compliance with the French and international legislation relating to intellectual property.
Any copy, total or partial, of the site and/or its components, reproduction, transmission, distribution, downloading and modification by any process and using any medium is prohibited without the express prior authorization of Laboratoires Grimberg. So doing would constitute illicit exploitation and counterfeiting sanctioned by the Code of intellectual property.
Nonetheless, printing and downloading information from the site in a private capacity are authorized.
Moreover, the names of the medicinal products are trademarks registered with the French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI).
JURISDICTION
The site and all its content are subject to French Law.
In case of dispute relating to the site between Laboratoires Grimberg and a third party, the competent jurisdiction is that of the headquarters of Laboratoires Grimberg.

The term “personal data”, as used in this Privacy Policy, includes any information or set of information that identifies or is used by or on behalf of Grimberg Laboratories to identify, directly or indirectly, a natural person. We will use your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy or, if not, we will inform you or ask for your consent in accordance with applicable laws.
CATEGORIES OF DATA PROCESSED
The personal data processed may concern the following categories of data:
Identification data: title, name, first name;
Contact data: email address, telephone number (fixed and/or mobile);

Additional data you may choose to provide us through the contact form: see the cookie policy; and
Additional data that you may choose to provide us in the context of a job application at Grimberg Laboratories: date of birth, address, CV, professional experience, studies, referent contacts, gender, nationality, place of birth, etc.. It is specified that for certain specific jobs, regulations require us to ask you for an extract from your criminal record during interviews in order to ensure that your employment is not incompatible with the position offered. This extract will not be kept by Laboratoires Grimberg after your interview.
PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING, LEGAL BASIS AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
The Company may use or otherwise process your personal data:
To improve our services, including enriching the site with content from other websites (for example, youtube);
For marketing and communication purposes;
To respond to your requests;
For recruitment purposes.
The legal bases for The Company to process some of your personal data are as follows:

Withdrawal of your consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to the withdrawal of consent.
If you provide The Company with data from third parties (such as e-mail addresses), it is your responsibility to ensure that the communications of such data to The Company and their further processing are lawful (for example, having obtained the prior consent of the data subject).
The recipients of your personal data are only the Company, its employees, consultants and service providers who legitimately need to have access to it for the purposes mentioned above.

With regard to data processed in the context of the processing of applications, your data is kept for up to two years until the last contact with Grimberg Laboratories, unless you have objected to the retention of your application.

As a data controller, we implement appropriate technical and organizational measures in accordance with applicable legal provisions, to protect your personal data against alteration, accidental or illicit loss, use, disclosure or unauthorized access.
DATA USED IN THE CONTEXT OF OUR NEWSLETTERS FOR HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS
Within the framework of the newsletters sent by the Company to healthcare professionals, the Company may be required to process the following data in particular
Identity (surname, first name, RPPS number, etc.);
Contact data (e-mail address, etc.);
Professional information (specialty, etc.);
Data related to the consent of health professionals to receive all or part of our newsletters;
Opening and click data related to our newsletters, and/or
Where applicable, usage and connection data.
The above data is collected to allow us to send you newsletters and/or invitations to events organized by Grimberg Laboratories.
The legal basis for the processing is your consent (article 6.1a of the RGPD).
You have the right to withdraw or modify your consent at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each of our newsletters. The withdrawal or modification of your consent does not call into question the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent until your decision.
We retain your data for the purpose of sending you our communications for as long as you consent or have not objected to their processing. When you withdraw your consent, we keep the data relating to your consent, on the basis of the legitimate interest of Grimberg Laboratories (article 6.1f), for the duration of the legal prescription.
Personal data is communicated exclusively to employees of Laboratoires Grimberg and its service providers who have a legitimate need to access it for the purposes mentioned above.
RIGHTS
In accordance with the applicable regulations, you have the right to access your personal data, to request that it be rectified, completed or updated, to request the deletion of your data or to oppose its processing, provided you can justify a legitimate reason, to withdraw your consent, to exercise your right to the portability of your data. You can also formulate directives concerning the conservation, deletion and communication of your personal data after your death.
